Refund policy

Bandidas Western wants your shopping experience to be the best!! Bandidas will gladly accept your return for exchange or in store credit within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it with tags attached. Be sure to use a tracking service when shipping back an item as we are not responsible for lost packages when shipping back a return and give us a call or email before shipping back. 
Exchange Policy: 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges and store credit items. If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will cover shipping costs.

 

- Free of makeup, odor, deodorant, perfume or other stains.

-No Refunds or Exchanges on any custom hat.

-Must have receipt or order number that is texted to your phone! 

-No Refund or Exchanges on anything that is Branded or Customized.

- All jewelry sales are final.

-Shipping is non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end.
